Expedite / Urgent Delivery Request:

To expedite or make an urgent delivery request please reach out to info@roohibysupradha.com and we will give our best to ensure the delivery is done in preferred time frame. This is applicable for any urgency, occasions or any life events.

Delivery Time Exceeded:

We are committed to delivering your orders on time and would try our best to ship the orders timely, as per our promise. We use third party delivery partners, and we are not responsible for delays in delivery post handover of the product. Additionally, in the event of service interruptions caused by events beyond our control, we would not be able to guarantee on-time shipment

We offer FREE SHIPPING for all orders in India.

Cancellations

If you change your mind after you have placed an order, we will not be able to cancel the order. However, please reach out to us over email and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Stock Availability

We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will contact you to ask for your preference and would be glad to support you with whatever decision you take with respect to your order.
